Dementia Series - 2023

When completing my BA in Fine Art in 2023, I wanted to explore the experience I'd gained while working with people affected by dementia. The works below consider the impact on memory caused by dementia; where there is confusion in the present but greater clarity of past memories. Incorporating objects clearly remembered from my own childhood brought an emotive, personal connection to the works.
